For years I’ve been the “go-to” health and fitness authority among my friends and family. With a degree in psychology, I’ve always been fixated on the concept of wellness. This lead me to my first job as a spiritual wellness coach for college students, and later to my current career as a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and wellness coach. I want to share what I’ve learned over the years in the wellness sphere and simplify what it means to be healthy.

Fitness doesn’t have to mean spending hours at the gym. By integrating exercise into your daily routine—whether at the gym, office, or the playground, you can achieve the healthy and fit body you’ve always wanted. I’ll also break down healthy eating and help you make sense of all the diets out there to find a simple, practical, and balanced diet that’s right for you.
I believe that wellness encompasses more than a healthy diet and a fit body—although that’s a part of it. Wellness is about the whole person; it’s about truly feeling good. It’s pursuing a lifestyle of health in areas such as sleep, food, self care, beauty, and non-toxic living.
Mindfulness in this space means finding enjoyment in your healthy lifestyle through simple strategies to save your sanity. I’ll provide credible information to help you discern what works and what doesn’t. I’ll also recommend products I’ve personally tested that will help you minimize stress and maximize your time.
